We are a small home-based business with council registered and licenced kitchen. Our studio is open by appointment only.

Quotes are valid for 7 days and bookings are not confirmed until non-refundable deposit is received.

If you wish to secure a particular date before deciding on a cake, you can place a non-refundable booking fee of $100 which will go towards your order.

Base pricing is on the pricing page. Base pricing is cake covered in smooth buttercream as a blank canvas ready to decorate. Finished cake price depends on what kind of decoration you like to add, the labour/skills that is required to make those decoration and time it takes to place them on the cake. This can be additional $100-$300+.

We offer delivery to greater Brisbane and Gold Coast areas. Generally, no more than 1 - 1.5 hours away from our studio. Less if it’s during the hot season, and the type of cake ordered.

Delivery/set up fee depends on the distance and how long it will take to set up the cake.

We highly recommend utilising our delivery service for any tall cakes that require extra care during transport.

Delivery includes emergency repair service so if anything happens during the transport or set up, we can fix it up on the spot (as we will have the tools with us). One less thing to worry about on your special day.

Minimum 3-6 months for a wedding/ multi-tiered cakes, or 2-4 weeks for custom single tiered cakes. The more notice is given the better so that we have the time to organise any special custom materials needed or to create the decoration needed.

As a small bakery, we limit the number of bookings per week to ensure proper time, attention and care is given to each order. Booking early will avoid any disappointment.

In some cases, we may be able to take on last minute cake orders (depending on what is available) - we encourage you to contact us.

Your booking is not confirmed until deposit has been received.

All order requires 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

For wedding/muti-tiered cakes - final payment is due 4 weeks before the event date.

For other cakes - final payment is due 2 weeks before the event date.

$100 non-refundable booking fee can also be placed to secure a particular date before deciding on a cake - this fee will go towards your order.

We provide bank transfer details on the invoices.

Square tap and pay payment (in person at the studio) incur 1.9% processing fee.

Square online payment incur 2.2% processing fee.

Disclaimer: All of our cakes are made in the same kitchen using shared equipment. Care is taken to prevent any cross contaminations however, we cannot guarantee that it is completely allergen free. Please be aware and let your guests know that there may be traces of allergens present. We do not cater for anaphylactic or severe allergies, and we do not take liability for any allergic reactions.

With that said, we offer gluten and dairy free options. Most of our cakes are nut free but we do use nuts in our kitchen. Currently we do not offer egg free or vegan cakes.
